“Cyanamide Chemistry and Catalytic (De)Hydrogenation”
In this presentation, two distinct research themes within our group will be presented.
Part 1 – three new synthetic approaches to cyanamide containing molecules will be discussed, including mechanistic insights and product applications.
Part 2 – our contributions towards catalytic (de)hydrogenation will also be presented, covering both earth abundant first row transition metal catalysis and frustrated Lewis pair catalysis.
