The ITMAT Data Science Group (DSG), created in 2016 as part of the NIHR Imperial Biomedical Research Centre and its Institute for Translational Medicine and Therapeutics (ITMAT), is organizing for the 2nd year a workshop on “Data Science Challenges and Opportunities in Translational Medicine”, to be held on June 15th 2018. The workshop will feature speakers from ITMAT projects and infrastructures as well as one guest plenary speaker and we will leave some time for a panel discussion. It will take place on the Hammersmith Campus – between 10am and 4.30pm.

We expect an audience of about 100 people and hope to attract both senior and junior clinical researchers, as well as data scientists from multiple departments.
