Imperial College London and Turinglab are launching Imperial Codelab – White City, a five-week coding programme in The Invention Rooms for local young people aged 10 – 14 years old.
Kicking off on June 5th from 4.00 – 5.30pm, the attendees will work through creative computing activities with the help of a team of instructors who currently study at Imperial.
Over the course of five weeks, we will use interactive and engaging coding projects to give young people the opportunity to develop practical skills in problem-solving, creativity and computational thinking. The participants will get to code their very own projects, leaving them with the skills and confidence they will need for a future increasingly driven by technology. Computers are provided for each session and participants will receive a certificate on completion of the programme.
