Abstract: The journey of mammalian sperm is full of mysteries; how does the cell find the egg and overcome complex environmental barriers in female body?. In this talk, I would like to share hydrodynamical problems arising in sperm biology, with reviewing recent studies, which include sperm rheotaxis, optimal swimming and sperm-egg interactions.
