The Investment Property Office manages the Real Estate portion of the College’s Endowment as well as a significant number of ‘mission-aligned’ investment properties which seek to deliver financial returns alongside strategic benefits to the University.

Our portfolio spans a broad range of asset classes:

• Build-to-Rent including Key Worker Accommodation
• Affordable Housing
• Residential
• Purpose-Built Student Accommodation
• Commercial R&D

Investment is focused on West London; however, in the Endowment portfolio there is some exposure to the residential sector across the Southeast.
