AB - This document, the principal deliverable of the Preliminary Activity, presents the conceptual design for LhARA to serve the ITRF. The conceptual design of the accelerator facility is presented in Chapter 2. Comparison of the laser-hybrid solution with the conventional alternatives has allowed the LhARA approach to be confirmed as the baseline design [15]. The conceptual design for the facility is shown in figure 1.
