Grapht Works. London’s new destination for advanced manufacturing

Grapht Works offers flexible, industrial space for scaling deep tech and science-led companies. Owned, operated and supported by Imperial, Grapht Works is for businesses ready to move from research into prototyping, pilot and demo production.

Where the future gets made

This is where ideas leave the lab and move into real-world production. Grapht Works supports science and tech scaleups, including those working in advanced manufacturing, cleantech, engineering biology, robotics and industrial automation, giving businesses the space they need to test, demo, assemble and produce.

Secure and well-managed, Grapht Works offers the space, connections and operational freedom to manufacture and scale in London. Download our brochure now to find out more about the industrial and warehouse space available at Grapht Works.

About the space

These flexible, industrial units range from 100 to 1,700 m2, giving you room to prototype, test, assemble, store and scale. High eaves, strong floor loading, three-phase power, and level-access loading doors support equipment installation and operational flexibility. Cat A office areas allow your operations and commercial teams to work alongside your production environment.

An unbeatable location

Located in North Acton, part of the Old Oak Innovation Cluster, Grapht Works places you minutes from the London Underground and the A40, with fast access to the UK’s motorway network. White City Campus – and Imperial’s research talent, facilities and partnerships – is just a short tube journey away.
