  • A great landmark to look out for is the tall pillar/statue adjacent to the venue—see the image below.
    • Once you are at the statue, the venue is just a few houses down on Carlton Avenue. For those of you coming from Piccadilly Circus underground station, the statue should be directly in front of you as you exit from the Regent Street/St James/Eros exit so walk towards that.
  • The entrance to the venue is shown in the photo. Note, that the building is no longer covered in scaffolding.

Photography and identification badges
  • Photography will be taking place so please let the organisers know if you do not want to be included in photos that may be shared more widely.
  • The venue requires everyone to wear their name badges (which will be provided at the registration desk) at all times.

For visitors to London

Airport transfers
  • Please refer to the various transport links from the airport you are arriving at.
  • For the links below that allow you to enter the post code of your destination to help decide the best route, Venue postcode = SW1Y 5AG ; Gem hotel postcode = SW7 5NB.

Heathrow: https://www.heathrow.com/transport-and-directions/by-rail-or-train

  • Note, the Underground (Piccadilly) line will get you directly to the underground stations closest to the venue (Piccadilly Circus/Leicester Square) and to the Gem hotel (Gloucester Road). It may be quicker to use this option in the long run rather than getting the Heathrow Express (which gets to London faster but may require you to travel on the underground to get to your final destination).
