29 June 2026 – 3 July 2026

Students will experience working life from the daily commute to managing their time and navigating a professional environment, all whilst gaining a fantastic insight into the exciting world of biomedical research. While the programme content varies yearly, past participants have seen a brain cut-up and engaged in demonstrations from the Parkinson's Tissue Bank and the MRI scanning team.

In addition, there are specialist talks about careers, interview skills and writing an effective personal statement for university, and an academic-style conference at the end of the week where students will work in small groups to present a poster and give a short oral presentation about their time on the programme.
