YELP STUDENTS: Leadership Placements for medical students

We're looking for a small number of postgraduate and undergraduate students to join a challenging 16-20 week leadership placement (alongside your degree, for 1 hour per week) inspiring secondary school pupils...

Inspire secondary school pupils through mentoring and tuition.

We provide leadership opportunities for outstanding students, improving your chances of entering competitive graduate roles as well as finding out more about how to teach, lead, inspire and motivate in a small team.

Last year we placed nearly 200 students from Oxford University, King’s College London, LSE and Queen Mary in mentoring and tutoring roles and this year we will also invite applications from students at Imperial College, SOAS and UCL.

You will be trained by Teach First and attend master classes and networking events with Bank of America Merrill Lynch and other top graduate recruiters.

Those who successfully complete the volunteering placement will present their experiences at an awards ceremony in June 2012.
