Transform your knowledge into a driving force.
Strategy Workshop for Engineers, October 15–16, 2011 in Paris
Guide the water industry into the right channels. Solve the increasing shortage of drinking water by leveraging your inventive talent to assess potential growth options with desalination technology.
Seawater desalination technology is opening up new prospects for the technology and business sectors. To successfully enter this market, a medium-sized company is requesting BCG's support: What is the market potential for desalination? Which market segment is most attractive? How can the client enter this market segment? Apply your technical know-how, work with hypotheses, and structure your time to reach a conclusion and guide the client to success with the right strategic advice. Along the way, you will discover which scare resource is essential for future trendsetting ideas: your mind.
In this workshop, you can discover the full extent of strategy consulting. Based on a real BCG assignment, you will gain insight into the real life of a consultant and be given the opportunity to apply the knowledge you have acquired so far. Together with an international BCG team and about 50 other students from top European universities, you will address the central topic of many regions worldwide—the growing drinking water shortage. Moreover, you will learn the methodologies and approach of the world's leading strategy consultancy and face new challenges that will allow you to grow further.
BCG invites graduates with an engineering background to this event.
