A Glorious graduation for our very first PE-DTC students
First cohort of Plastic Electronics Doctoral Training Centre graduate from their MRes.
On the 4th May 2011, the Director and Programme Manager of the Plastic Electronics Doctoral Training Centre proudly attended the graduation of the first cohort of students at the breathtaking venue of the Royal Albert Hall. Congratulations to George Barnes, David Beesley, David James, Mindaugas Juozapavicius, Stephen Logan, Calum McAndrew, Roland Piper, Philip Shusharov and Paul Westacott (winner of the Director’s prize for best MRes student) who all received their MRes degrees from Dame Eliza Manningham-Buller, Deputy Chairman of the Council. Together with their families, they joined the rest of the DTC students in Hyde Park for a picnic and an afternoon of well-mannered frivolities.
