Neutrinos still faster than light in latest version of experiment

Cern

.

The articles deal with the OPERA experiment in the Gran Sasso Laboratory that has announced results which seem to imply that neutrinos travel at speeds faster than the speed of light. Following some criticism of the experiment by the scientific community, the OPERA collaboration has taken more data using much shorter bursts of neutrinos. This helps to identify the departure and arrival event of single neutrinos and addresses some concerns raised following their original announcement in September. The results are in agreement with the previous ones. However, significant concerns remain about how the time of flight of the neutrinos is measured by the experiment.
