Japanese Government (MEXT) Postgraduate scholarship 2008-10

We would like to draw your attention to the Japanese Government (MEXT)
Postgraduate scholarship, an annual award for graduates who wish to
continue their study as postgraduate research students in Japan.

Applications for the 2008-10 scholarships are now being accepted. For
