IMAGINATION TECHNOLOGIES: Student Open Day - Wednesday 22 February 2012

Imagination Technologies

Imagine your future with us...

Technology surrounds us: in our phones, laptops and personal media players; in our offices, homes and cars. For over a decade Imagination Technologies has been enabling this technology with unique, patented semiconductor intellectual property (IP) cores for multimedia and communication.

Developed by our Technology division, Imagination’s IP is at the heart of the latest advanced consumer electronics products. The majority of top semiconductor companies licence our IP, using it in advanced SoC devices which they sell to the world’s leading consumer electronics companies. These SoCs are used in products like mobile phones, personal media players, TVs, car navigation systems and mobile internet devices.

Our PURE Digital division produces a range of consumer electronics products that incorporate and promote our technologies. PURE is a world leader in DAB digital and internet radios.

Come and meet us!

Imagination is offering a rare opportunity to visit our headquarters in Hertfordshire for a day on the 22nd of February 2012. Successful applicants will be shown around our demo room and given a chance to see what goes on in our labs. You will be invited to mingle with graduates and senior employees and find out more about what we do.

This is a great opportunity to get an insight into the hardware and software development we do, and also find out direct from us what we are looking for in graduates and interns.

How to apply:
Send an e-mail to raeeka.yassaie@imgtec.com with the title: "Imagination Student Open Day Application – [your name]" by Wednesday 8th February.

Please attach an up to date CV and a concise cover letter explaining why you feel you would benefit from the open day at Imagination and how your university time and extracurricular activities have given you an appreciation for some of the work we do. We will select the top 20 applicants to attend.
