McKINSEY & COMPANY: Horizon International Workshop 2012
McKinsey & Company's Business Technology Office is inviting students to discover new horizons at an international workshop in Barcelona from 3 to 6 May.
Under the motto "Horizon 2012," the workshop is intended for students and doctoral candidates of IT, natural sciences, mathematics, economics, and engineering. Applicants should have a keen interest in information technology and business as well as a strong desire to gain insights into the world of consulting.
The Horizon International Workshop
Participants will experience a typical consulting situation over the course of the workshop. Working in international, interdisciplinary teams, they will develop and propose Green IT solutions for a European client. They will be supported by experienced McKinsey consultants and improve their problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills. They will also have the opportunity to learn more about McKinsey and exchange views with participants from all over Europe. Of course there will also be ample opportunities to socialize, discover the city and enjoy time at the beach. McKinsey will cover all expenses and arrangements for food and accommodation, as well as travel to and from the workshop.
