A number of Research Scholarships are available to undergraduate students during the 2012 summer vacation at the University of York.

The Scholarships are part of an interdisciplinary research programme structured around the broad theme of Complexity Analysis and Modelling and we invite applications of interest from undergraduate students .

All undergraduates, including international students, who are committed to a course of study in the following year, are eligible. You will be expected to undertake a 10 week research project placement under the guidance of an academic supervisor from the York Centre for Complex Systems Analysis (YCCSA).
A full list of available projects is at: www.yccsa.org/research/transit/scholarships.html.

The scholarships carry a tax-free stipend and some assistance can be given for travel to and from York.

Interested?
You can apply by email to scholarships@yccsa.org. You need to tell us the reference number of the project you are interested in and send as a pdf document:

  • An academic reference (this may be sent separately and directly from your referee, but must arrive within 24 hours of your application)
