Blogs, Twitter, wikis and other web-based tools: collaborating and building your online presence
Come along to this library-run course available through the Graduate School Transferable Skills Programme
If you are interested in learning more about the tools and technologies available to use for your research (as well as the impact they can have on your online identity) we are re-running this course (initially run in 2011) for PhD students through the Graduate School Transferable Skills Programme.
To find out more about the programme (and for booking details), see the Graduate School course description or take a look at our programme blog which will give you an idea of what is involved (though do bear in mind it is in the process of being updated).
The opening workshop will run on Monday 2 July 14.00 - 16.00 and the online content will need to be completed by the end of July.
Follow us on Twitter by following @research20 (or the hashtag #research20).
If you are a post-doc or researcher interested in the programme, please email Jenny Evans as, if numbers allow, we will include you!
The Library will also be running a Twitter for Researchers and Mendeley for Researchers course in July - look out for further details coming soon.
