Professor Michael Bell is leaving the Department

After ten years as Chair in Transport Operations and Director of the Port Operations  Research and Technology centre within the Centre for Transport  Studies,Professor Michael Bell is leaving the Department to take up a new position at the University of Sydney, Australia. Professor Bell will in August 2012, join the Institute of Transport and Logistics Studies at the University of Sidney Business School as the Foundation Chair in Ports and Maritime Logistics. We wish Mike well in this new phase of his very successful career.
