Dr Neil McIntyre and Dr Wouter Buytaert will work with a consortium of scientists, statisticians and industry partners within NERC’s new programme “Probability, Uncertainty and Risk in the Environment”. £4M of funding has been awarded by NERC to two consortia aiming to improve understanding and communication of risk due to natural hazards such as floods.
