Dr Pat Cover receives Director’s Award for Transferable Skills Training

Dr Patricia Cover was chosen as the recipient of the 2012 Director's Award for Transferable Skills Training.

Pat has supported the Graduate School for many years, teaching on the Research Skills and Development (RSD) residential course, as well as running some of the Presentation Skills half-day workshop sessions.

The Graduate School Director’s Award for Transferable Skills Training is a recent initiative to recognise the outstanding contribution to and support for the Graduate School's transferable skills training programme amongst the College’s academics and post-doctoral tutors. The award is intended to reward academic staff and post-doctoral tutors who have shown dedication to supporting the Graduate School's training programme.
