Barnes elected to Academy of Europe

Recognition for Professor Peter Barnes

Professor Peter Barnes (NHLI), has been elected a Member of the Academia Europaea or the Academy of Europe, whose members include leading European experts from the physical sciences and technology, biological sciences and medicine, mathematics, the letters and humanities, social and cognitive sciences, economics and the law. Professor Barnes was selected in recognition of his contributions to international research and teaching in respiratory medicine.
