Cadzow Smith Award

Matthew Wood has been awarded the 2013 Cadzow Smith Engineering Award

We are pleased to announce that Civil Engineering Undergraduate student Matthew Wood has been awarded the Cadzow Smith Award for 2013. 

The prize is given by the Worshipful Company of Engineers to encourage business enterprise in young engineers.  The prize is awarded to a student on the final year of an accredited engineering course in London who displays a combination of academic ability, personality and initiative that will provide most promise of future leadership in engineering.  Matthew was nominated by Dr Andrew Phillips , Senior Lecturer in Structural Biomechanics.

He will be presented with his prize at a ceremony in July.
