BNA Festival of Neuroscience 2013

The Division of Brain Sciences at the festival

Several members of the Division were actively involved in the extremely successful Festival of Neuroscience at the Barbican Centre (7-10 April). Professor David Nutt (President of the BNA) opened the 5-day interactive meeting and Dr Felicity Gavins chaired and presented her work at the 'Stroke and Inflammation' symposium.

Many presented posters, including Mr Paul Holloway and Miss Scarlett Gillespie, and others (e.g. Mr Ian Harrison, who gave a lovely interview about his work on Parkinson's disease) also became involved with the interactive science programmes that were being run alongside the academic sessions.
