MRC Outbreaks Centre holds short course on influenza modelling

The Centre held a practical short course on the Introduction to Influenza and Other Infectious Disease Modelling from 21-23 May 2013.

The MRC Centre for Outbreak Analysis and Modelling held a practical short course on the Introduction to Influenza and Other Infectious Disease Modelling from 21-23 May 2013.  The course was attended by 30 individuals from countries in Africa including: Angola, Burkina Faso, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Nigeria, Republic of Congo, South Africa, Sudan, and Zimbabwe; countries in the Eastern Mediterranean region including Egypt, Oman, and Morocco; and countries in Eastern Europe, including Israel, Montenegro, and Romania.
