During Healthy Living Week 19-25 January, Sport Imperial will be offering a number of exciting classes including some at the Central Library.

Body fat assessment and nutritional advice

Drop in to Room 210 Monday 19 January between 08.00 and 12.00 for a body fat assessment and nutritional advice. You'll be given a fact sheet including healthy eating options, tips and information about the active lifestyles weight loss programmes available.

Take a break to meditate

Take a break from your studies with a short meditation class available in Room 210 at the following times.

Wednesday 21 January

12.00 - 12.30
13.00 - 13.45

Friday 23 January

12.00 - 12.45
13.00 - 13.30
