WORKSHOP: Ethics behind closed doors?.

Wednesday, 31st October 2007 from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm at The Barbican Centre, Silk Street, London EC2Y 8DS

NRES has organised this workshop to add to the debate about open and fair ethical deliberation. The day will be chaired by Professor Richard Ashcroft co-author of Ethics behind closed doors: do research ethics committees need secrecy? (Ashcroft R Pfeffer N British Med Journal Vol 322 Page 1294) with speakers from the research community, academia, and pharma.

NRES will write a report from this meeting which will be used to inform policy.
