Former CMBI Postdoc Dr Rebecca Corrigan wins 2018 Lister Research Prize

Dr. Rebecca Corrigan, since 2015 a Wellcome Trust and Royal Society Sir Henry Dale Fellow at the Florey Institute at the University of Sheffield has recently won one of the 2018 Lister Institute Research Prizes. The prizes are given each year to six future leaders in biomedical research to fund cutting-edge research. As part of this award, Dr. Corrigan will study the requirement of the alarmone (p)ppGpp for the virulence of Staphylococcus aureus using a zebrafish model. Congratulations to Rebecca!
