'Start-ups and small & medium enterprises (SMEs) offer a wealth of work experience opportunities to rival the schemes and roles offered by larger organisations. If you are entrepreneurially minded or interested in working within cutting-edge innovation, this is the week for you' -Rhiannon Penny and Norma McEnery Placement and Internship Advisers.

Our week-long focus on Start-Ups and Small/Medium (SMEs) Enterprises begins next week on 19 November 2018.

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) have a range of opportunities to rival the graduate recruitment schemes and other graduate roles offered by larger organisations. The Start-Ups and SMEs Week 2018 will see a range of companies, such as start-ups, SMEs, and entrepreneurs discuss topics and deliver sessions to help you explore the opportunities available and to connect with diverse and interesting organisations.

We have a Career Options in Start-Ups & SMEs Forum on Thursday 22 November 2018. The forum offers students the opportunity to find out more about the career paths of a variety of entrepreneurs. This is your chance to hear from employers who have set up there own businesses.
