Members of cohort 5 attended a team building event in Guildford yesterday.
The group enjoyed a climbing session, where they were taught how to operate all the equipment to keep them safe and look after one another on the climbing wall.
There were challenges laid out by the delivering instructor in addition to a look into team dynamics and communication.
Throughout the day there was an emphasis on positive and effective communication, as well as how to deal with potential conflict management.
