The GEEP for 2021-22 will have a range of exciting new offerings for graduates!

The Royal Academy of Engineering’s 2021-22 Graduate Engineering Engagement Programme (GEEP) in partnership with the Windsor Fellowship is an award-winning programme run together with engineering employers. Now in its seventh year, this programme is aimed at addressing inequality in Engineering by increasing the transition of engineering graduates from diverse backgrounds into engineering employment.

GEEP Partners for 2021-22 include engineering employers from: Rolls Royce, AECOM, Amey, The BBC, chapmanbdsp, Two Sigma, GSK, Matthey, TWI, BP, National Grid, Slingshot Simulations and WSP.

The programme will include:

  • Insight sessions introducing the programme and offering students/recent graduates an opportunity to meet with engineering professionals, allowing students to build their personal and professional networks and to gain an insight into engineering career journeys.
  • Information, advice and guidance from Student Liaison Officers and access to online resources for students to improve their employability and develop their awareness of engineering career pathways.
  • Skills and competency workshops, and networking with GEEP industry partners to develop awareness of key life skills, for example goal setting, and possibilities for work placements/internships and shadowing.

The recruitment process is now live. Visit the The Royal Academy of Engineering website for further information and details on how to apply.
