Research Governance Manager, Gary Roper, has been elected to the NHS R&D Forum's Representatives Group.

The Research Governance Manager, Gary Roper, has been elected to the NHS R&D Forum’s Representatives Group.

This group has a number of roles, including acting as an interface between the Department of Health, R&D Managers and universities in the development and discussion of current and future plans for NHS research, and also providing a mechanism for sharing best practice in research conduct and management.

Gary’s election to the Group will be an important means of raising research governance issues experienced in the Higher Education/non-commercial sector.
