CMS/Publications – New feature to search Departmental Publications will soon be available.

Departmental Publications Search in CMS

Information about publications is used currently to build the Publications page of PWPs (Professional Web Pages) for individuals.
A Portlet has been developed which will allow site visitors to find publications for the departmental website they are in. Some of the fields available to search on are shown below:

 

The central Library are working with all departments to add their information to the central Publications database, and several departments have already completed this task.

How to use this feature:
When your department's publications are in the central database and you have a page where you would like to use this feature, contact Marion Brady or Theresa Nichols and we will install the Portlet for you.
