Intra-European Fellowships for Career Development (IEF) – Call 19th March 2008 to 19 August 2008

Fellowships are designed to help Experienced Researchers from Member States and Associated countries to develop their careers internationally and across sectors or disciplines, with the aim of attaining or strengthening a leading independent position.  Up to two years of funding is available for salary and personal travel, as well as a contribution towards the running costs of the research work itself.

• Objectives
  
  To support the development of Experienced Researchers at different career stages.
  To enhance applicants' acquisition of skills across disciplines and/ or research sectors.
  To support researchers in attaining or strengthening a leading independent position in education or enterprise, or resuming a career in research after a break.
