The FIA Formula One World Championship is an international competition, that's where the challenge lies. It's about facing the best specialists in their fields from the five continents. It's about confronting other teams which gather multiple nationalities. It's about crossing the finish line first on every racetrack in every country. It's about being the best in the world. That's what the Altran Engineering Academy (AEA) is about too.

Now in its fifth year, the AEA is a competition which provides a unique opportunity to be part of the ING Renault F1 Team's R&D department for 6 months as an intern. To make sure the winner only needs to concentrate on his/her job, the prize includes a salary, a nice flat in Oxford and a pool car provided with fuel card.
