The ‘Leadership Programme' is a fantastic personal development and career opportunity to Black and Asian students in Wales.

- Development Mentor
Leadership Programme – Wales/Cymru (LPW) is a two-year professional and personal development programme for Black and Asian minority ethnic undergraduates. The programme includes:
- Six residential seminars over two years involving intensive personal development and professional skills training
- An outdoor Personal Enhancement Programme (PEP)
- A 50 week paid work placement at the Welsh Assembly Government upon graduation
- Your choice of voluntary work
- Continuous support from an allocated Development Mentor
Eligibility - you should be:
- A penultimate year undergraduate on a degree-course from a Black or Asian minority ethnic group
- Able to commit fully to the whole programme
- UK or EU/EEA citizen or other national with indefinite leave to remain in the UK
