JP Morgan: Good Venture Competition 2007/2008
Name the cause. Make the case. Win the cash.
Do you know of a worthy cause that deserves some serious investment? Good Venture offers you the chance to make a difference.
This is how it works. You and your team choose your cause and make the case for why they deserve the investment. JPMorgan will choose the best submissions from Europe and the US: if you are one of those short-listed teams, you will be invited to JPMorgan headquarters in New York City to present to a panel of senior judges.
And if you win? JPMorgan will provide $25,000 of investment funding directly to your chosen cause!
Registration is open now - just go to www.goodventure.org.
Deadline for proposal submission is 26th October 2007 for Graduate students and 2nd November 2007 for Undergraduate students. The final event will take place 6th - 7th December 2007 for Graduate students and 17th - 18th January 2008 for Undergraduate students.
We support Good Venture as part of our wider commitment to direct action in the community. More and more people are getting the importance of volunteering. We know this is happening, because we see it (and celebrate it) in our own people. We give substantial amounts to philanthropic causes, but some of our most effective community initiatives are inspired and led by JPMorgan people who simply want to make a difference.
