CERN ACCELERATOR SCHOOL / INFN FRASCATI NATIONAL LABORATORY / SAPIENZA UNIVERSITA DI ROMA: Introduction to Accelorator Physics - Sunday 2 to Friday 14 November 2008
This basic introductory course will be of interest to laboratory staff, universities and companies manufacturing accelorator equipment.
The course will focus on the basics of Accelorator Physics such as transverse and longitudinal dynamics, beam measurements and an introduction to multi-particle dynamics. A series of topical seminars and tutorials will complete the programme.
