First meeting of the newly formed Imperial Alumni Network in Ireland

The very first meeting of the alumni network in Ireland took place on 3 July at The Brooks Hotel in Dublin. Over ten alumni had responded to the invitation sent by alumnus Michael Byrne (Chemistry 1994), including a father and son who had both studied at Imperial.
The meeting went very well and there was a general interest to develop activities in Ireland  using an informal network and to include partners and families in future events.
Michael has set up an internet based Google group to help facilitate the alumni network. If you would like to join, or if you have any questions or suggestions, Michael would like to hear from you. Please contact Michael on michael.byrne@qbc.ie.
