THE PHYSIOLOGICAL SOCIETY: Life Sciences Careers Conference - Wednesday 26th November 2008

The Life Science Careers Conference 2008 is a custom made careers conference designed by scientists for scientists. The conference will highlight some of the career opportunities available to Life Science graduates.

Programme:
In early 2008 we conducted a survey of undergraduate students to identify the information needed at this stage of their careers. Taking this feedback on board, together with experience gained from organising many previous Life Science Careers Conferences, we have developed what we hope will be both an informative and stimulating programme.

The conference will include:

  • Presentations covering a wide range of science-related careers, from academic research to environmental science and science communication
  • A CV workshop providing tips on how to ensure you secure an interview for your perfect job
  • An exhibition
  • Time to mingle with the experts and ask informal questions over lunch and afternoon refreshments

Venue:
King’s College London, Guy’s Campus.

Time:
1.00-6.00pm
