The Ethnic Minorities EMBRACE Programme is a two week paid internship offering a unique insight into an exciting careers with Lehman Brothers. 

The Ethnic Minorities EMBRACE programme (25th June - 6th July) will offer you the following:
• Two week paid internships within a business division
• Networking events with senior business people
• Careers guidance training session
• Feedback and support from industry recruitment specialists.

To apply, send your CV and cover letter and your essay, answering the following (max 500 words):
'What would you consider the biigest failure or challenge in your life and how have you overcome it?'
