The Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and the UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) are organizing Invest Japan Symposium 2008 in London on 14th November 2008.
The event is to highlight investment opportunities in the Japanese market and to promote further business activities between Japan and the UK.
We wish to invite those who are engaged in studies or researches about the Japanese economy.
The aim is to provide you with insights into the business collaboration involving Japanese companies and also raise awareness among young who will lead the global business about the business opportunities in Japan.
The main theme: 'Japan, as a base for high value creation'. At this symposium, we would like to raise awareness among British universities and institutions that Japan is an attractive partner to create new values, and also is an ideal gateway to Asia'.
We are honoured to have some fascinating speakers who are going to tell you about their experiences in doing business with Japanese companies. There will be a Q&A session and you can pose a question to panel upon registration on the form provided at the above link. Also, at the end of the symposium, we are having a network reception.
