The survey is to investigate applicants' attitudes towards computer-based ability tests and to understand what affects their experience of when completing such tests.
Online tests and questionnaires tests are now common features of job selection processes and are used by many major graduate employers in the early stages of job applications.
Cubiks are keen to get feedback from students who have completed online tests and/or questionnaires for job selection processes, particularly final-year undergraduates and postgraduates.
The survey questionnaire is easy to complete and will take around 10 minutes. It will be available online until the end of November 2008. Survey respondents who provide their e-mail address will be entered into a prize draw to win up to £100 worth of Amazon vouchers. They will also receive a report on the final survey results.

This is your chance to communicate your views and experiences of online tests and questionnaires. The findings from this research will help to shape how these tests are developed and used in the future. The information that you supply in the survey will be held in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
