Imperial College London Careers Advisory Service gains nationally recognised Matrix Quality Standard after a 2 day assessment

Following a two day external accreditation assessment visit the Careers Advisory Service has gained the Matrix National Quality Standard for information, advice and guidance services.

The Standard measures the quality of service development, management and delivery against a set of eight criteria.

We are delighted to announce that Imperial College Careers Advisory Service received a glowing report from the assessor who particularly mentioned, among our strengths, the delivery of a "highly effective" service very much valued by students and employers for its professionalism and relevance while at the same time being delivered in a welcoming and friendly manner.

He was also impressed by the systematic and structured approach to the management of the service and its responsive and innovative approach to review and further development of its services.  In addition the assessor  mentioned the careers website as containing an array of valuable information and resources whilst remaining easy to navigate and accessible for users.
