WINDSOR FELLOWSHIP: Undergraduate Leadership Programme 2009

Developing today’s talent as tomorrow’s leaders.

The Leadership Programme for Undergraduates (LPU) is a two year personal and professional development programme for undergraduates. The LPU includes residential Training Seminars, a Work Placement with a sponsoring organisation and Volunteering, which together enhance your education, employability and citizenship skills.

Eligibility:

  • In the first year of an undergraduate degree programme
  • From a Black, Asian or minority ethnic group
  • Have unlimited rights to live and work in the UK
  • Able to commit to all parts of the Programme
