Internships Fair 2003

Internships fair in the Great Hall at Imperial College London

The 2nd Internships Fair was held on 03 December 2003.

The Internship Centre is a student led incentive at college which helps college students find summer vacation placements with the help of alumni. The online service has now provided dozens of students with summer jobs. The 2nd Internships Fair held on 03 December 2003 brought many alumni and students face to face.

Held in the Great Hall, it was directed specifically at non-final year students. Many ex-Imperial students were on company stands and one of the stands even consisted of a company run by an alumnus member. Over 1200 students passed the gates of the Great Hall through the afternoon learning about the wide range of oppurtunities available to them before graduation.

The Internship Centre is in continous search for more jobs and companies for subsequent fairs. If you or a colleague can offer a summer job or would like to attend the next fair, please get in touch with the Internship Centre Co-ordinator, Mr Ben Cotter on internships@cgcu.net.
