At Shell, we take graduate assessment seriously! As part of our internal training process, Shell personnel go through a rigorous training programme to become interviewers & assessors and that is where you come in. We are providing you with the opportunity to practice your assessment skills by acting as a practice candidate for trainee assessors to help them become qualified.

In return for your participation, you will receive a gift voucher for £100 per day that you attend.
