The Careers Advisory Service provides opportunities for you to participate in Careers Fairs and other events throughout the year

Hurry and book at place at a Careers Fair at Imperial, while places last! There are still some spaces available for Careers Fairs taking place in the Summer and Autumn terms at Imperial in 2009.

PhD Fair 2009 - Thursday 7 May

The PhD Fair is organised by the Careers Advisory Service as a specific recruiting event for PhD students from all disciplines.

This event is designed specifically for the PhD population at Imperial College, providing your organisation with a superb opportunity to meet with students from all discipline areas including life sciences, physical sciences, mathematics, computer science and all areas of engineering.

When is the Fair? Thursday 7 May 2009, 12.00 - 16.00

Banking & Finance Fair 2009 - 14 May

The Banking and Finance Fair is a sector specific recruitment event for banking and finance companies organised by the Careers Advisory Service.

The fair is specifically aimed at students and graduates of Imperial College interested in Banking and Finance careers, and provides you with the opportunity to engage with Imperial students and graduates about your internship and permanent graduate opportunities for 2009/10 while also addressing any outstanding immediate recruitment needs.

All year groups of students will be encouraged to attend the event from first years to PhDs, so not only will it be a recruitment opportunity but also a profile raising occasion. 

When is the fair? Thursday 14 May 2009, 16:30 - 19:30
How much does it cost? A stand costs £350 + VAT

Engineering Careers Fair 2009 - Thursday 22 Octboer

The Engineering Careers Fair is a sector specific recruitment event for engineering companies organised by the Careers Advisory Service.

This two day event will provide you with the opportunity to advertise your internship and permanent graduate opportunities to students from a wide range of engineering disciplines.  All year groups of students from the Faculty of Engineering will be encouraged to attend the Fair from first years to finalists so not only will it be a recruitment opportunity but also a profile raising occasion. 

The event brings together leading recruiters under one roof to draw the attention the opportunities available to Imperial students.

When is the fair? Thursday 22 October 2009, 12:00 to 17:00
