WARNING - Risk of losing content
We are experiencing an intermittent problem which causes a Content Item to be courrupted when you save it after editing in the Content Editor.
You will get this error message:
Error: Internal error (WWC-00006 <http://www3.imperial.ac.uk/portalHelp/html/errus.htm#WWC-00006> )
An unexpected error has occurred (WWS-32100)

As a precaution, we suggest you take a copy of your content e.g. in Word, just before clicking on OK after editing, in case you need to recreate the page.
If you do experience this problem please report to the Service Desk IMMEDIATELY and include the crumb trail of the affected page. It is sometimes possible to to restore the page. If not, we will remove the corrupted item so you can rebuild the page.
ICT hope that the forthcoming server upgrade will resolve the problem and apologise for any inconvenience.
