CMS/Update - Latest on occasional loss of content when editing a page

Oracle fix implemented at 6pm yesterday.

We have been encountering an intermittent problem with our Editor which has resulted in some of you loosing content when editing pages.
We have been urgently investigating the cause and at 6pm yesterday we implemented a fix from Oracle which we hope will solve this problem.
Our tests yesterday evening were positive, but we are aware that the evening load on our system is lighter than normal.

So, do your editing as required but for now continue to keep a copy of the page content as a precaution. If you encounter this 'Internal Error' message please contact the Web Group immediately.
